Existing Situation:

At present, there are no recreational facilities in the city except two parks which lack required amenities. People have to travel to other places to fulfill their requirement of recreational facilities. Hence, there is total gap between supply and demand.

Description of Sub Project:

There are two regular parks in the city, namely: Bahoo Park and Chandni Park.Bahoo Park is situated at main Jhang-Multan road passing through center of this town.It is just adjacent to TMA Shorkot Offices and is spread over an area of 12 acres. Chandni Park comprising of one acre of land and is situated right in the heart of the town near the shrine of “Mai-Bap”.

Sub Project Benefits:

The completion of the project will result in the following benefits:

•   Improve physical fitness of population.

•   By provision of recreational facilities, the possibility of crime and other evil / anti-social activities are likely to decrease.
